I got my start with Samaritan's Purse and spent 15 years writing about brave and resilient people who endured war, outbreaks of disease, and life-shattering natural disaster.

For three years, I spearheaded the content of the annual gift catalog, the organization's largest fundraising tool with a readership of approximately four million. I was the senior editor of 14 editions of the quarterly PrayerPoint magazine, which compiled stories of change from around the world.

I believe these publications tell the story of a global family helping one another, and it was an honor to help create them.​
